JOIN THE CLUB

In order to become a Match playing member, you will need to complete:

1 - PEFA registration form. (Please note: Juniors need a School principal signature/stamp. Seniors under 18 will need Guardian/Parent Indemity Signature.

2 - Signed Code of Conduct.

3 - Please send a colour “Id type” (Head and shoulders with white background) photograph which you can email or SMS/Whatsapp through to either soccerpriory@gmail.com or 0835544540.

4 - Copy of Birth Certificate or I.D. Book or Passport.

FEES

As from 2017 all fees must be paid upfront before registration will take place. All players who have not paid there fees will not be Registered and therefore will not be able to take part in matches.

Fees: R700.00 for the Football Season, regardless of when member joins. Season runs from March through to September.

Fees are to be paid by no later than the 27th March 2017

Fees include: Training/PEFA Registration fees/School ground usage fee & Loan of Kit.
